Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms apply to use of wallrose.shop and purchases from Wallrose. They should be read with our shipping, returns, cancellation, payment, privacy and warranty pages. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over a conflicting term.
1. Store and contact details
Wallrose operates the website wallrose.shop. Contact us at mail@wallrose.shop, +44 7891 384560, or Beck Way, Beckenham BR3 3JX, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility and customer information
Customers must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. The customer is responsible for checking the order summary before submission and for keeping account credentials secure.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen, and dimensions may be rounded. Natural timber and similar materials may vary in grain, colour and appearance. Customers must review product dimensions, base requirements, access, assembly and maintenance information before ordering.
Product brands, warranties and specifications may originate from manufacturers. We may correct obvious errors and will not make a material substitution without agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP. Applicable tax, delivery cost and mandatory charges are disclosed before purchase. Payment methods are those shown at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation and reasonable fraud checks.
5. Order process and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or send a dispatch confirmation. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud. Any captured payment for a declined order will be refunded.
6. Availability
Availability information is updated in good faith but can change before fulfilment. We will not knowingly advertise unavailable offers. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact the customer and offer a suitable lawful option, including cancellation and refund.
7. Delivery
Delivery area, costs, estimates and bulky-product conditions are stated in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of accidental loss passes when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer. Ownership passes after full payment, subject to applicable law.
8. Access, base preparation and assembly
The customer is responsible for checking site access and preparing a suitable level base unless the listing states otherwise. Installation is not included unless expressly stated. Products must be assembled, anchored, used and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return rights are explained in the Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Those pages form part of these terms. Nothing limits mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
10. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are explained in the product documentation or Warranty & Product Support Policy. A manufacturer warranty is additional to statutory rights and does not replace Wallrose’s legal responsibilities as retailer.
11. Acceptable website use
Users must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service, scrape protected account data or use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.
12. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, graphics and branding are protected by applicable rights. Product names, images and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. Content may not be commercially reproduced without permission or another lawful basis.
13. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. For consumer purchases, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for loss caused by customer misuse, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable site preparation or events outside reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
14. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate material delays and provide legal cancellation rights where applicable.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an accepted order are generally those made available when the order was placed, except where a legal change must apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the United Kingdom where they live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
18. Severability
If one term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
