Warranty & Product Support Policy

Manufacturer warranty
Products may include a warranty supplied by the relevant manufacturer. Coverage, duration, registration requirements, remedies and exclusions vary by product. The warranty information in the product listing, packaging or manufacturer documentation applies. If no separate manufacturer warranty is stated, customers still retain their statutory rights.
Statutory rights
A manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where that purpose was made known. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
How to request support
Email mail@wallrose.shop with the order number, product name, serial or model number where available, description of the problem and clear photographs or video. Keep proof of purchase, packaging labels and manufacturer documents. We may troubleshoot, request further evidence, arrange parts, refer the claim to the manufacturer or organise another appropriate remedy.
Transit damage and missing parts
Damage during delivery, an incorrect item or missing parts should be reported promptly under our Returns & Refunds Policy. These issues are not treated solely as optional manufacturer-warranty claims, and statutory rights remain available.
Assembly, installation and maintenance
Customers should follow all manufacturer instructions concerning foundations, anchoring, assembly, ventilation, treatment, weather precautions, load limits and maintenance. Manufacturer warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by improper assembly, unsuitable foundations, unauthorised modification, neglect, accidental damage, commercial use or extreme weather, but an exclusion does not remove a statutory right where the retailer or product is legally responsible.
Do not arrange unauthorised repair
Contact us before arranging paid repair, replacement parts, dismantling or disposal if reimbursement is expected. We are not required to reimburse an unauthorised cost that was not reasonably necessary, although emergency action to prevent injury or further damage should always prioritise safety.
Remedy and timing
We will assess claims within a reasonable time based on the product, evidence, parts availability and manufacturer process. Any remedy will follow the applicable warranty and mandatory consumer law. We do not promise a particular remedy before the issue is assessed.
Warranty transfers
Manufacturer warranties may be limited to the original purchaser and may require registration. Check the relevant warranty document. Statutory rights belong to the consumer who contracted with Wallrose and are not restricted by optional manufacturer registration requirements.
